Reading Football Club has secured a fresh 12-month deal with Select Car Leasing, keeping the broker as Principal Partner ahead of the 2026/27 campaign. The agreement guarantees the Select Car Leasing logo on First Team match shirts, staff training wear, matchday warm-ups, Academy and Women’s shirts, plus junior replica kits. It also retains naming rights to the Select Car Leasing Stadium.

What the new deal covers

Select Car Leasing’s branding will now appear on every Reading FC team’s front and back of shirts across men’s, women’s and academy sides. The logo is also set for training bibs, warm-up tops and junior replica shirts sold through the club. Off the pitch, the company keeps its naming rights to the Select Car Leasing Stadium, a partnership that began a decade ago.

The renewal follows Select’s Broker of the Year win at the Broker News Awards 2026. It also tops the inaugural BN25 broker sales league table, underlining the firm’s growing profile in the leasing sector.

How the partnership has grown

Select Car Leasing joined Reading FC in 2016 as a dugout sponsor. It stepped up to Principal Partner in 2021, agreeing a then club-record front-of-shirt deal to coincide with the club’s 150th anniversary. Since then, the company has backed the club on and off the pitch, including community projects through Reading FC Community Trust.

Its Tickets for Kids initiative has donated thousands of match tickets to local grassroots clubs, helping young fans get closer to the game. Select has also supported celebrations marking Reading’s 150-year history and funded various community schemes across Berkshire.

Reading sits 12th in League One this season with 63 points from 46 games, six points clear of the relegation zone and 40 behind leaders Lincoln. The Royals have scored 64 goals but conceded 60, leaving them with a +4 goal difference. Their last result was a 0-1 loss at home to Blackpool on 2 May 2026, and they face Charlton at the Select Car Leasing Stadium on 1 August 2026.
