Reading FC have announced their second pre-season fixture, which will see them take on Woking at Kingfield Stadium on July 25. This will be Reading's second visit to Woking in three years, with the last visit coming before the start of the 2024/25 season. Reading will be looking to build on their previous visit, which saw goals from former Royal Jayden Wareham and Kelvin Ehibhatiomhan. The game will kick off at 3pm, and ticket details will be confirmed in due course. In the meantime, any general ticket enquiries can be directed to tickets@wokingfc.co.uk. Reading FC's pre-season begins with a trip to Farnborough this summer, where they will face off against the National League South outfit at the Saunders Transport Community Stadium on July 11. This fixture will mark the first opportunity for Reading fans to see Leam Richardson's squad ahead of the 2026/27 League One campaign. A number of under-21 fixtures took place at the Saunders Transport Community Stadium last season, and Reading will be looking to make a strong impression in their first outing. Former Reading players Louie Holzman, Michael Stickland, and Aaron Kuhl have featured for Farnborough, contributing to the growing connections between the EFL club and the National League South outfit. The Royals opened last summer with a victory at Hungerford Town, winning 5-1 at Bulpit Lane.
